Do you offer free shipping
We are happy to offer free delivery on orders over $20 within the United States, if under $20 we will charge you $0.99 for delivery. Your order will be shipped via DHL. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Texas.
How quickly can you ship my items
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is placed.Estimated delivery time across the United Statesis 5-7 days.Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm PST. If you place an order on a Friday, your order will ship by Tuesday the following week, given Monday is not a holiday.
What shipping methods do you use
We ship all standard shipping orders via DHL. We also offer expedited shipping at an additional cost. PLEASE NOTE: Allow 2-3 business days for processing before your package is shipped per the expedited shipping selected.
Address Changes
Once an order is in transit, we cannot modify the delivery address. For any adjustments, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Order Tracking
Upon shipment, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking information becomes available within 24 hours and allows you to monitor your order until delivery.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are accepted before dispatch. For dispatched orders, refer to our refund policy.
Damaged Parcels
If you notice damage during transit, consider rejecting the delivery if possible. For accepted parcels later found damaged, contact our customer service for guidance.

·We do not ship to Military Bases or PO Boxes.
·During holidays, expect additional transit days due to potential delays.
